If you hate talking on the phone like I do, this is a thing of the past with my heating and AC business. You don’t have to go and call someone to schedule a heating and AC appointment. Like with so many things that are available online now, my heating and AC company also has online scheduling. It’s really easy really, you just go to their website, go under the schedule an appointment tab, and then from there are you feeling all your information about what you need from your heating and AC business and what the HVAC technician should know, and then from there they take you to a big calendar that shows all the available dates and times that are free and you can simply select one and book your heating and cooling appointment. If there’s problems you can always go to the traditional route and call them, they give their contact number and everything. So when I went to create my heating and AC appointment I didn’t think anything of it because I’ve done it the same way all the time. Unfortunately, the website was down and so that meant that I would either have to wait until later or not have to schedule the appointment over the phone. I decided that I was going to go ahead and schedule the appointment over the phone because I had a to-do list and I was going off of and I wanted to get everything done. So I called and scheduled my appointment over the phone.
