I only wish that I’d have made the investment into air conditioning years sooner
I got by for quite a few years with several window a/cs; They didn’t look all that nice or supply totally effective comfort, certain rooms in the apartment were cool while others were warm plus sticky, then on especially humid mornings or mornings, the window units struggled to achieve an ideal temperature! I didn’t love installing them in the Springtime plus removing them in the fall. I finally decided to look into central air conditioning, however since our apartment is already outfitted with a oil furnace plus ductwork, the project wasn’t overly disruptive or high-priced. I found that there are current cooling systems that achieve 26 SEER, making them surprisingly energy efficient. This week’s models also use an updated form of refrigerant that avoids ozone-depleting of Freon plus is more environmentally friendly. Innovations in technology have significantly improved dehumidification plus air filtration capabilities. Top-of-the line models automatically adjust output to maintain even indoor temperature. The method operates quietly plus even allows for an upgrade to zone control. I am so ecstatic with our central a/c; Now, the whole apartment is perfectly comfortable during the summer. I sleep better at night plus am more productive during the day. I don’t need to clean as often because there is less dust, pollen plus other contaminants floating around. Even when the weather isn’t overly hot, I still run the fan of the a/c. It works to circulate the air plus keep it feeling plus odoring fresh. I only wish that I’d have made the investment into air conditioning years sooner. I had no method how much I would adore the amenities of it.
