I’m not sure what has been going on as I have recently but my energy bills have been through the roof! The problem is that I have not done anything to my normal routine to cause my energy bills to be so high like this, I have not been running my heating or my a/c method any more than usual so I don’t know what is causing this issue although I know that I’m going to have to get to the bottom of it if I want to stop.
I didn’t really want to pay more money, but the advice that I was getting from everybody was to schedule an appointment with my local heating plus AC corporation.
It was a wonderful idea to have them come out and take a look at it to see if they can figure out why my prices were so high! When the heat and AC tech examined my HVAC method she found out that I had a leak in my ductwork and that was the cause of my prices being so high. The a/c method was working extra hard to cool the house but all the cool air was escaping. She had to patch it up but once it was fixed she tested the issue and I noticed that my price has started to go back down to normal. I was really relieved to find the cause of the concern because I could not continue paying those high prices like that. I have been considering not using my central AC method all together if that had continued and instead of just using a fan.
