On the road with great heating

We are in the car again, going to the farmhouse for a short stay.

The farm is inland from our coastal Spanish neighborhood, and my friend and I will arrive there soon, so I will write more when I get there.

Okay, we are here now, and, wow, what an eye-opening experience it is being here! I like the remoteness of this farm, but living here would be hard to do; there are no people within miles! I would genuinely go a little crazy. There’s a fireplace in the main room, for heat, but there’s no air conditioning. I know some people like to live in isolated places like this, as they are more at peace, despite the fact that I like to be near the sea and around my friends. I also have a local corporation near me, where I can buy things like HEPA filters and beer, none of which is near the farmhouse. This off the grid living is a nice way of life, despite the fact I am sure it comes with its own difficulties. There is no smart thermostat, and no space gas furnace to turn on to take the chill out of the air. But the peace of living in a remote place like this is soul energizing and lifting. My heating and cooling rep friend needs to see this area, and bring a small gas oil furnace for the people to use.
