My child moved into an beach house that was so small, my hubby plus I had to stand together when the people I was with and I walked in, but i couldn’t guess the size of the rooms, however she kept saying she wanted to take her family room furniture with him, however there wasn’t a family room… There was a small guest powder room plus a residing room.
The kitchenette looked like it could fit in a dollhouse. The entire beach house would have fit in our residing room, although she loved it. She asked if the people I was with and I would buy him a small bed for the apartment, however when the people I was with and I were shopping, my hubby plus I found a pull-out sofa. It wasn’t much greater than a small sofa, plus it pulled out into a twin bed. It was nice, plus it would serve as a bed plus a place to kneel when seeing television. I laughed when she said she wasn’t sure if she could find room for the sofa plus a bed, plus I showed him how it worked. She thought it was cool that her sofa was just like a futon, however it was stuffed. She pulled the bed out plus laughed. I had put sheets on the bed, plus added a blanket as a sofa throw. I also had 2 pillows for him that matched the sofa, plus could be used as throw pillows. When she got done laughing at how wonderful her dad plus I were at organizing for a smaller space, her dad told him our first beach house wasn’t much greater than this a single. We had a sofa that pulled out into a bed, plus the home office table covered up our bathtub.
