Marty and I were assigned to be roommates through a random housing service, and the way it works is that you sign up with these people, list your likes and dislikes, tell them what your budget is, and they will find a roommate for you! However, Marty owned a family-sized house, and had a mother-in-law suite with its own separate entrance, but it basically preferred a little house on his property, and it was a perfect fit for me! I was actually working retail at the time, and struggling to spend our money on the bills. I noticed that Marty was doing certainly well for himself as an actual heating and A/C dealer; and he made a lot more money than I did, while actually working fewer minutes, because the base spends our money for actual heating and the A/C expert is miles above retail work… However, one afternoon I asked Marty how I could get started in the heating and A/C industry, because I was desperate for a better task. He sat myself and others down and gave myself and others a long talk on the best way to be successful and make money in the heating and A/C business, and unless I was pleased to be a secretary or administrative assistant, I would need to get our heating and A/C certification first. In order to start a work in the industry I would need to get our heating and A/C certification, which required taking some night classes and passing a major exam. I will have to invest a lot of time, money, and energy if I am drastic about becoming an actual heating and A/C tech.
