I am not easily too fond of smart temperature controls! It just doesn’t fit my lifestyle or our life in itself well.
I love the old temperature controls that were either the easy dial temperature controls or the proper digital temperature controls, this is why I have a digital temperature control and not a smart temperature control.
It is easy to use and there is no technical nightmare to deal with like with a smart temperature control, and for smart temperature controls it may be easy for younger people, but for older folks like me who have little knowing of today’s technology and PCs and all of that, the digital temperature control works just great and fits me better. I tried a smart temperature control once plus I ended up returning the thing to the store within a month of trying to deal with it. It just wasn’t working out for me and I could not figure out how to use the thing. I could not even get the app to task on our new home ipad! And I also do not even use cell PCs, so I could not even try it on the cellphone. All around I will stick with the basics and hope that I am never forced by technology to have to change over to a smart temperature control. If that happens I will have to move somewhere in the world where the weather is perfect and I will not ever need central heating and cooling! That would be our only choice if we were all forced to go and have to use smart temperature controls.
