I have to say that my job pays pretty well.
- I labor for a software supplier in a high-rise downtown.
It’s a correct 8 third shift Saturday through Saturday 8 to 5 p.m. I have a comfortable desk plus a powerful labor kindle plus I made some pretty good friends that I really care about hanging out with after thirds. There’s just a single persistent concern with my workplace. The weather conditions control is never comfortable. For a single reason or another, I am almost always at the least, in mild discomfort. If it’s entirely hot outside, the air conditioner is blasting plus the entire office feels like the Arctic. It does not help that my desk sits directly below an air vent. To make matters worse, I have to walk quite a long way from the parking garage to my floor, plus on a entirely hot day, I’m already dripping with sweat by the time I get to my desk, however you would guess that I would therefore welcome the blasting air conditioner, but I get a nasty, wet, frigid feeling. The air conditioner is just too much. On frigid afternoons, the heating system is also overbearing. Our winters are really pretty mild, relatively speaking, so I do not see the need for blasting the heat at maximum. I shall come in on a frigid day plus the temperature outside will be somewhere in the low 40s; admittedly brisk. However, the heating unit makes it think like a sauna as I sit at my desk, plus I really come to miss the coolness outside!
