I really wanted to get my A/C repaired before the summer, but my husband said that he wanted to get it replaced instead. We are very different when it comes to things like this. I always opt for repairing things. I guess it’s just the way that I was raised. My daddy was a real do it yourself kind of guy. If anything ever tore up around our house, he always worked on it until he figured out what was wrong and how to make it right again. This also went for our heating and cooling system. I don’t think we ever had a single HVAC technician at our house the entire time that I was growing up! My husband, on the other hand, was brought up by a dad that never did any kind of repair work around the house. They always called a repairman from the onset of any household problem. I think we could get away with getting our central A/C system repaired by a professional, but my husband seems to think that we might as well just go ahead and invest in an entirely new heating system. I guess we will wait and see what the HVAC technician has to say about it.
