Nobody ever seems to go to the Barnes and Noble anymore, at least not in our town.
That’s why it’s 1 of our absolute number one places to hang out these afternoons! I am a freelance writer, so I can basically labor someplace on our computer.
It’s quite a nice perk when it comes to this task; My local Barnes and Noble is 1 of our number one places to hammer out articles and blog posts. As I said, it’s practically deserted, but there’s another reason why I appreciate it so much. The a/c there is really superb. It strikes the perfect balance between cool and refreshing, but not overbearing. There’s a nice little nook in between the shelves of books that is sort of a mock living room, complete with a fireplace and mantle. I ease back into a cozy simple chair and appreciate the breezy a/c as I type away. It’s such a peaceful and comfortable environment that the thirds just seem to pass so suddenly, and I get so much labor done. It’s consistently such a stark contrast when I walk back through the automatic doors and step outside into the heat. Their weather conditions control is entirely something. It almost makes myself and others feel awful that more people do not frequent this appealing Barnes and Noble. The city must pay a lot for such excellent weather conditions control! Well, at least it’s a attractive little hideaway for people love myself and others who need a place to write in total comfort so that they can be as creative and productive as possible. I might even check out a book 1 of these afternoons!
