My buddy Bradley decided to renovate his insulated garage.
He turned it into a getaway rental home.
The getaway rental home is not big, however it is quaint plus elegant. He cleaned it up nicely, got nice furniture, plus worked severely hard to prepare it for his guests. When he displayed the home, he made sure to include that there is both heat plus air conditioner in the home. Bradley made sure everything was perfect the morning before his guests were arriving. The air conditioner was working perfectly relaxing that morning which was a relief for him because it had been hot plus humid in the section where he lives. He cleaned the entire getaway rental home plus even put mints on the pillows to prepare for his guests. Bradley left a binder for his guests with information about what to do in the event that something goes wrong, such as the air conditioner not working. Bradley never would have thought that his guests would need the binder due to the air conditioner not working the first night. When the guests arrived, they noticed that the getaway rental home was hot plus humid inside. The guests tried to adjust the temperature control, however the air conditioner would not turn on. The guests looked in the binder, plus it said to call Bradely in the event the air conditioner did not work. Bradley rushed over plus apologized to the guests. He tried to repair the air conditioner to the best of his ability, despite the fact that he realized he would have to call an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C serviceman.
