I really should have made an appointment in the beginning, but I was too stubborn
I really didn’t think that I would need a lot of help installing the new furnace in my mobile home. I helped my Dad install a heater in the barn one winter and the two of us didn’t have any problems. This job seemed easy enough to complete on my own. When I looked in the closet, it seemed very straightforward and easy to install. I ordered the new furnace from a hardware store in town and I picked up the machine today. It was delivered. The salesperson at the hardware store suggested using their cheap installation services for the new furnace, but I was determined to complete the job on my own without any help. I honestly thought it would be easy to install the new furnace and I was absolutely wrong. After 3 hours of mistakes and issues, I finally gave up and called the hardware store. I found out that it was too late to have the machine installed on that day, but they had a morning appointment at 8am tomorrow. I really should have made an appointment in the beginning, but I was too stubborn. Now I have pieces and furnace parts scattered all over the kitchen and I have to wait until the morning to resolve the problem. I made the appointment with the receptionist and I decided to stop working on the project until a professional could lend some assistance. I don’t want to cause any damage to the new equipment and I’m not even certain that I have the right tools to complete the installation without help.
