Mondays are always my least favorite day of the week.
I always have off work on Saturday and Sunday and I usually spend the weekend partying hard with my friends.
We hang out at the beach all day and we go surfing or paddle boarding. At night, we go to the bar and enjoy the happy hour specials.I never go to bed early on Sunday and I always wake up with a headache and a hangover on Monday morning. This morning was no different and my boss sent me out to an AC installation job. I was by myself all day, instead of having another HVAC technician on the job. Most of the time an AC installation job will require two people, but we were short handed and I was forced to complete most of the work on my own. I really didn’t want to go to the job and I even thought about faking being sick so I didn’t have to do the job on my own. I knew I needed the money after spending $200 on drinks the night before at the bar, I decided not to complain. By the end of the day, I was ready to go home and sleep. About 15 minutes ago, my friends called and asked me to meet them at the bar. It’s about 30 minutes after 9 and I don’t think I have another night of drinking in my future. I’m honestly ready to lay down in bed with the calm breeze of the wind and the AC pointed in my direction.
