Every year, I go over every inch of our loft in an attempt to find any and all gaps that will allow Heating as well as A/C treated air to escape. That also meant having our air ductwork resealed because that is a huge section of Heating as well as A/C leaks. The tighter the loft ducts the less the Heating as well as A/C runs.
