I’m just about to open up my brand new business and things were not completely in order yet.
Everything else in the building was set up & ready for opening. I had not got the commercial heating and a/c taken care of yet! Because of the part both of us all live in, heating and cooling is a crucial factor to have in any office or locale of business. Without heating and a/c, there is going to be no indoor comfort, and that would make it much harder. What I was looking for was a deal on a commercial heating and a/c. Many people I know who also own businesses have told me that they were able to get their commercial HVAC units for a discount while shopping around to different HVAC vendors in the area. I had yet to find a decent enough deal in one of these HVAC vendors that would supply the right deal that I needed! Finally after looking hard I found a heating and a/c supplier that had the deal I was searching for. They provided special deals to commercial supplier buildings and cooling devices for half off what they normally cost. This was a sizable help in the investment for my business. I will start hiring employees within the next few weeks once the heating & a/c is installed and fully operational. The HVAC supplier that is doing the installation is supposed to be out here next week to do it.
