For me, I like to be able to quantify progress or the status of whatever I am investing my time and energy into.

Sure, I can tend to get a bit obsessed with the numbers and perhaps read too much into them. Yet, I find being able to chart my progression with something like health and fitness to be elemental. I tend to be the same way with my work and any other thing that I can measure. This is a part of that really intrigues me about the health and fitness center I go to. I work with the personal training center to measure and analyze my progress when it comes to health and fitness. There are enough metrics and data for me to fully understand the value of my workout program. The fitness coaching is also essential when it comes to charting my path toward the goals I am after. The health and fitness center that I once belonged to was lax when it came to charting progress. I found them to be good about the personal training aspect. I just longed for the measurables when it came to my health and wellness. In my new local gym, the fitness experts are keen on tracking my goals and progress. My preference is for the personal fitness programs as opposed to the group fitness training classes. I like the vibe of the group fitness training classes. But, the personal fitness programs allow me a much more data driven assessment of my health and wellness.
