Meal plan and workout program make the difference

For the last three years, I have seen my weight go up and my health deteriorate. I am gradually becoming less healthy day by day. I can’t blame anyone but myself for my lack of fitness. I was in a rather nasty car accident, and I had trouble with recovery. My mobility decreased and my range of movement was limited due to pain and stiffness. I went through a period of depression because of the impact on my everyday life. This led to bad eating habits, a lack of physical activity and becoming overweight. I lost muscle tone and couldn’t walk very far without getting winded. I knew I needed a much better nutritional program and a strenuous workout program to make improvement. I had driven by the place a thousand times and assumed it was a typical gym. However, I made an appointment with both a nutritionist and a personal trainer. These two professionals developed a personalized meal plan and workout program. It was tailored to my level, restrictions and goals. With the help of the nutritionist and the physical trainer, I began to notice a significant difference in my looks, health and energy level. I lost a ton of weight and started to feel stronger. I have managed to increase range of motion and improve my quality of life. I am still seeing the nutritionist every month and I meet with the personal trainer for a workout session three times per week.
