Helping our associate get his window a/c cleaner was simple and simple

My best associate recently moved to a studio home that was built in the 1940s. Much of the original construction is intact, giving the place a lot of charm and history. At the same time, since so much is original in the building, it is borderline run down. There is rotting wood on the precipes at the front entrance and within all of the window frames throughout. I told our associate that he should inspect the home when he was showing myself and others the links to the craigslist posting. While he was enamored with the insanely low rent price, all I could suppose about was the potential for big diminishing returns. The place is so exhausting that it has mold everywhere from the black-stained grout in the lavatory shower to the black stains inside the rotted window sills. Worst of all, his only source for indoor cooling is a single ancient window a/c. It looks enjoy a device from the late 1990s, and whenever he runs it the odor of mold fills his small apartment. I have avoided his home for the last few weeks because it’s a sizable dust sensitivity trigger whenever I’m over there. When I was walking through the hardware store the other day, I noticed a display of cans of a/c and dehumidifier cleaner. It’s an aerosol based disinfectant designed especially for Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C evaporator coils. I obtained the can and took it to our friend’s apartment. Both of us got to labor and opened the front panel so all of us could get a great layer of cleaner on the internal components. After spraying the machine, whipping away mold growth, and letting it air dry for an minute, all of us put everything back together and turned it on. I was amazed, the smell was virtually gone. Only the faintest hint of mold could be detected in the air after just one application.
