Me and our family had all decided that the people I was with and I were going to get a new bedroom built as an addition to our modest home! It took a lot of thinking and talking about it before coming to the decision… But once the people I was with and I made it, there was no stopping us in moving forward with the project, then every one of us of course wanted to save up as much money as the people I was with and I possibly could on this project, and so the people I was with and I hunted around and found that independent general suppliers were the way to go.
By hiring a local independent general supplier the people I was with and I would be saving at least more than two to four grand and something dollars for sure, and general suppliers tend to charge a little less than the commercial construction suppliers because of them having lower expenses working on their own… Also, because they don’t have other employees to spend the money other than themselves, they can afford to charge a lower price for labor in all types of building construction, but this does not mean that the service is horrible either. In some cases, local general independent suppliers absolutely do a better task than the major commercial construction companies! I have found this out through dealing with local general suppliers for other things in the past. Also, our task that I labored at recently had some building renovation done and they hired an independent general supplier to finish it. And these people were done and all wrapped up in nearly half the time that a commercial construction supplier would have taken. And the labor that they did was just as professional if not better! I will always use general independent suppliers any time I need any sort of new construction labor done on our beach house separate from question!
