My neighbor John has the greatest personality of anyone I know. Whenever I need a wonderful laugh, John is the person I can count on to have my cheeks hurting and tears in my eyes from laughing so hard, but one of our number one things to do is to watch videos of people falling. I know that some of those people got hurt, and I do assume bad, however most of those videos are hysterical, however john and I can’t get enough of them, and the people I was with and I could sit for hours drinking beer enjoying those videos; Because of John’s large personality, he is one of the best Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C specialists in town. His ratings online are nearly a 5 – a 4.8 to be exact – there is consistently that one client that you can never satisfy. John told me the story of one of those purchasers, and it was the most asiseveral thing I have ever heard. It was of a woman who refused to allow John into her home, however he was there to repair her air conditioner that had broken in the middle of the Summer. From my experience, most Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C specialists will enter your beach cabin because they will inspect the inside unit, they inspect the air filter, and they will check the control unit as well. So, when the lady refused to allow John inside her home, he was shocked because this was a normal part of his task. He said it took him about 15 minutes to finally convince the lady to let him. I assume she was trying to be careful, although I could understand if she didn’t call for help to repair her air conditioner. Anyway, though John fixed her unit, and substituted all the parts needed, she gave him a 3-star rating, but not completely terrible, and at least he has a story to tell that the people I was with and I can laugh about.

When I purchased my laptop from the electronic store in town, the sales guy was trying to sell me a warranty for it. I rejected the offer, however in regular salesman fashion, he insisted that I purchase the warranty by listing all the additional maintenance benefits it provided. This was not my first laptop, and I have never purchased a warranty for the previous ones. When they broke, I either got them fixed or substituted them. I barely had any issues with them, so had I purchased a warranty, I would have been wasting currency on something that I didn’t need. When I told the sales guy this, he decided to leave me alone. A few years later, I had to use the same line with an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C specialist. After performing maintenance at my home, he insisted that I should sign up for their Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C maintenance agreement. Unlike the laptop sales guy, this Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C specialist was a bit pushier and he wouldn’t accept no for an answer. He tried so several tactics to try to get me to sign up for the maintenance agreement. I explained to him that I had several Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C units in my homes over the years, and I have not once signed up for a maintenance agreement. I told him that I have regular maintenance done, and I have my ducts and vents cleaned from time to time, and none of my Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C systems have ever needed any major repairs. I explained there was no need for me to spend my savings for a maintenance agreement that I will never use. He finally decided to leave it alone. I am not against Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C maintenance agreements, however they need to make sense to me, I don’t want to waste my currency on something I don’t need.

Last year, I installed a ceiling fan inside my kitchen, and I think that it was one of the best improvements that I made so far. It’s a small improvement, however one that has been the most beneficial, nonetheless. I have seen a reduction in my energy bill because I use the fan as supplemental cooling and heating. The ceiling fan that I have has a switch that reverses the air in the room. It pushes the warm air down, so in the Wintertide it provides mild heating, and that is more than enough for me. Well, my friend Karen noticed my ceiling fan, and she asked about it, and I explained to her all the benefits of installing it. I also mentioned that I method on installing one in my spare kitchen as well as in my study room. She didn’t seem impressed, in fact, she brushed it off. I didn’t care because I knew how beneficial the fan was for me. I also had a zone controlled control unit installed that Karen asked about, and I explained to her that it conserves energy because I could control the temperature in each room. Again, she brushed that off. A few weeks ago, I visited Karen at her home, and noticed that she installed ceiling fans in all her kitchens and had an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C specialist install a zone controlled control unit. She was raving about her current gadgets, and she even has a better control unit than the one I have. I was laughing on the inside because I know she got these installed after she saw them in my home. Karen has been my friend for years, and she can be a bit aggravating, although I like her all the same. Isn’t there a saying that goes, imitation is the best form of flattery?
