When all the people imagine Heating, Ventilation, and air conditioning they consistently guess of how nice it is for humans to be able to air condition their apartment in the summertime and heat their homes in the winter, but Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning does not stop at aiding humans, it also is used to keep creatures at a comfortable temperature in zoos, and pet stores.
I witnessed this Last month when I visited a zoo.
I am an Heating, Ventilation, and air conditioner worker so I often look to see what kind of cooling system and gas furnace units are being used in the building I’m entering, just out of curiosity, while at the zoo I noticed several of the unusual buildings had official sized Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning systems installed in them! As I walked through the zoo, I approached the polar bears and penguins building. I noticed next to it there was an enormous a/c unit sitting outside. It was no doubt used to keep the building cool and air conditioned for the creatures inside. As I opened the door a rush of cool air blet above me. The air duct was right above my head and I was so ecstatic the a/c was so high because it was really hot outside. I enjoyed the exhibits and the air conditioning for a while however I soon began to shiver. I swiftly walked out of the building and sat on a bench in the extreme heat of the sun. I looked over at the HVAC system of that building and was amazed at its size. It was clear by the sound it was making that the cooling system was running at its capacity. I realized that day HVAC is important for the comfort of both creatures and humans and that all of us need both cooling systems and gas furnaces in our everyday lives.
