I love my family and I love our house.
My wife and I are raising three good kids and they make us proud to be their parents.
We both work hard inside the commercial HVAC of our offices to provide a great home and all the necessities. Our house is great really. We went with the latest in residential HVAC when we replaced the old heat pump. This was the heat pump that we inherited from the previous owner. That HVAC equipment was less than a decade old at the time so we went with it and saved some money on the final price of the house. Once it gave out, the HVAC professionals set us up with some great residential HVAC. We even have a smart thermostat. But over the last few years, I’ve noticed that my family and I have very different ideas when it comes to heating and cooling. The rest of the family thinks there needs to be more heating in the Winter. And the opposite is true in the Summer because they think I’m too into air conditioning. This was getting to be a bit of a point of contention because I was feeling like I couldn’t enjoy the level of quality heating and air that I wanted in my own house. That’s where the HVAC professionals came to the rescue again. They were able to retro fit the existing HVAC equipment and ductwork to provide zone controlled HVAC in our home. That means there are six independent thermostats throughout the house now. So I can definitely find a space where I can get the cooling comfort I want this Summer.
