My buddy wasn’t glad I painted my outdoor heating, ventilation, and A/C unit

I made sure not to transfer into another section with a HOA after my last experience.

My pal and I started off as a beautiful section where all the neighbors were nice and friendly.

Then, the idea for a HOA came around, and my associate and I had to comply. This was the absolute beginning of endless fines about the slightest concerns and even rules coming up that no one knew about. One by one, people started selling their homes and moving away. The HOA tried to back track some of these stringent measures but the detriment was done. Neighbors were now suspicious about each other, claiming they were telling on one another. I was unhappy with the whole situation, so I sold my home and relocated to another section without a HOA. One of the first things I did in this current home was to install a current heating, ventilation, and A/C system. The previous owner had one on site, but the heating and cooling device was over 10 years old. I value fantastic heating and A/C, so I made it a priority to invest in a current and reliable unit. When the heating, ventilation, and A/C crew arrived, they did an excellent job replacing the heating, ventilation, and A/C unit. Then I opted to color the outdoor heating, ventilation, and A/C device just to make the section charming. The next day I heard a knock on my door. It was my buddy and she wasn’t glad that I had painted my outdoor heating, ventilation, and A/C unit. She asked if I’d return it to the original, and I said no. I’d simply left one section for silly HOA rules and no one was going to tell me what to do with my home anymore.
