And I was regularly following along with our dad when he was outside of the central air conditioner working on stuff in the garage.

He figured that all he needed to do was recharge the refrigerant in order to get the air conditioner back online. He did some online video enjoying before he headed off to the lake house improvement store to get the recharge kit. Unfortunately, this was not the concern plus it was much easier than that, so he ended up overfilling the refrigerant which ended up rupturing fancy components inside the heating plus air conditioning equipment.
