My aunt lived with me for a year.
At first, it was a bit challenging, having her around all the time. But, it soon became a very nice part of my life. A year ago, I lost a baby, and she came to help me and be with me. At that time, I was truly depressed. I never wanted to leave the house. But, I also work full-time, so I had to resume work soon after. My aunt was constantly there to make sure our home was clean, and I had a hot meal waiting for me when I got home. She has raised me since I was five. She just felt it was her job as my ‘mom’ to be there. How would I have licked the sadness without her? So, it was hard knowing it was time for her to leave, and resume her life back home. Before her morning of departure, I had our aunt trace for me a local heating and air conditioning company to come by our home. I wanted them to do an annual maintenance to make sure the air conditioner was ready for summer. I fell so behind on a lot of things, and barely had anyone take a look at our central heating and air conditioning for that entire time. My aunt did some research online. She found a reliable heating and air conditioning business. I’d never heard of this heating and air conditioner business, although I trusted the reviews. They sent over a heating and cooling technician, who did an excellent job. My aunt said the guy who came by was pleasant. She felt super safe letting him into our house.
