I spent weeks planning the most wonderful party with my friends.
The group of us were all going to celebrate my birthday plus had planned this amazing party to celebrate! It was going to be massive, I was inviting all my friends plus they were inviting all of theirs… The place would be entirely packed.
I live in an apartment plus I knew it would be entirely loud plus noisy. The neighbors would totally complain however I didn’t care about that at all. I was going to party all night. The tables were laid out, filled with food of every type by 6:00 PM, and all my friends had started to arrive at my place. The music was blasting plus almost everyone was drinking plus dancing plus just having a grand time. I’ll admit, I ended up drinking a little too much plus woke up on the floor the following morning. The place was totally trashed plus my fridge raided. As my eyes cleared plus I looked around I noticed how tepid it felt inside. I saw no air was coming out of my HVAC vents in the least. It didn’t take me long to figure out the cause of the setback. Apparently my friends in their drunken state had tossed bottles into my air conditioner appliance. The bottles inevitably broke plus now shattered glass was all over the place. I did my best to actually clean up the mess before reaching out to the apartment maintenance. They got a heating plus cooling appliance specialist out from one of the nearby HVAC companies… My air conditioner appliance could be saved but not separate from some brand new parts being installed. It was a few weeks of repairs plus air conditioner service before I was able to enjoy the nice cool air from my cooling appliance.
