The three bedroom house I live in used to belong to a friend of mine.

At that time, most of us were focused on assignments and parties. But, Mary was more into her ventures. She tried different businesses that didn’t take off. While most of us would have given up, Mary kept striving to make it. She had the perfect role model, her dad, who was a self-made millionaire. He ran several businesses and inspired Mary every day to keep striving. Before we graduated, Mary had created and sold a company for some good money which she used to buy the house. Several years later when I was searching for a place, she sold it to me. Recently, I added a patio and wanted to make it extra cozy in a way using a heating system. The goal was to keep the patio warm using the heating system in winter so that I could sit there. The enclosed patio had a wooden floor but I knew I could find a way to make it cozy. My neighbor works for a HVAC business and suggested I get radiant heating for the enclosed patio. I would use the heated floors to make the space warm in winter and enjoy the space with my friends. While radiant heating is costly, I knew it was the best option since I have it in the rest of the house. The HVAC business sent me a quote for how much it would cost to add radiant heating to the patio. When the work was done, I loved spending that winter in this spot entertaining my friends.
