My 1st afternoon working as a certified heating and a/c specialist was quite a busy afternoon! It was also a wee bit frightening and kind of intense, but going out on our easily first heating and cooling service work after being out of HVAC school was not a simple thing to do.
It was an enjoyable experience though that the heating and a/c supplier I ended up now working for teamed me up with a well aged HVAC professional that had over 20 years experience in the heating and cooling industry.
It was on the work training and reading the ropes as I went along. If I did not have help from the experienced heat and a/c specialist it would have been even worse trying to do this for the 1st time all by myself. They knew this at the heating and cooling supplier that hired myself and others and they specialized with helping new and young heat and a/c specialists like myself. I am really stoked that I fell into now working at this heating and cooling supplier. This is one of the main reasons I chose to apply for this locale because I knew all about it. I knew this was their policy before I even applied, not many heating and a/c companies do this kind of thing. This one is quite special in our opinion. I hope that every area in the country has a heating and a/c supplier like this one for rookie HVAC specialists like myself. They could sure benefit highly from it, that is for sure.
