The AC technician listened to Ben’s predicament and encouraged him to try a combi-boiler system. The combi boiler affected the central heating and cooling unit that would serve the home all year round. Ben had never heard of a combi-boiler and went to do further research on it. The more he learned, the more convinced he was that the AC technician told the central heating and cooling unit. Ben went ahead to purchase the combi-boiler system and had it installed in his home. Next, he wanted to know what temperature to set the unit at, which the AC technician helped him to figure out.
