Broken HVAC condensate causes problems for us

I led the heating plus A/C expert to the basement, and he began diagnosing the issue with the A/C unit.

Our condo was in an excellent location, however it was often hot, then for all our life, I had access to the beach which made me honestly happy, and my dining room overlooked the beautiful ocean view, and our friends loved to come over to spend the night. My parents had left the neighborhood last month, so I had the condo all to myself, but I wanted to do some studying, so I chose to spend the time alone. The cooling system was constantly on to keep the condo comfortable due to the tepid climatic condition, however, I started noticing an issue with the cool air coming into the condo later that day. It seemed the heating plus A/C component was struggling to blow chilly air into the house. I went down to the furnished basement to check and found the problem. The basement floor was covered with water, however I couldn’t trace the source. I managed to switch off the heating plus A/C component and other electrical components before calling the A/C repair corporation for assistance, but an minute later, an heating & A/C mechanic rang the doorbell at our front door, which I opened, but he came in, and I explained the scenario down in the basement. I led the heating plus A/C expert to the basement, and he began diagnosing the issue with the A/C unit. It seemed the cause of the concern was the condensate pump which wasn’t doing its job of draining all the excess moisture outside. The heating plus A/C worker began mending the concern by unclogging the condensate pump’s pipes that had accumulated gunk over some time. My parents were glad to hear I was handling the faulty A/C system when they called half an minute later, when the A/C mechanic was done, I began cleaning all the water and was gleeful everything was back to normal.
