For years I never had any luck with having cool neighbors, from the mornings of living in a dorm on my university campus all the way up to a recent stint where I lived under a ruthless home owner association. College living was rather difficult because I wasn’t a partier as well as would spend my mornings studying or trying to rest so I could get up early the following day.
