Fans versus Heating plus A/C – the Hidden Factor

The unending debate over Heating plus A/C gets more gratifiedious as time goes on, especially with the weather conditions alarmists who predict doom plus gloom unless the people I was with and I turn off those hideous units of global destruction plus depend on the wonderful ancient fashioned box fan… With apologies to the Greta Thunbergs of the world, Heating plus A/C is here to stay because people love it plus in some cases need it to survive.

My only worry about Heating plus A/C is the costs of it.

I did some basic Google research plus discovered that resting in front of a fan uses much less energy than resting in front of the AC vent. This is not a surprise because the fan only evaporates sweat from our skin while the AC unit has to cool the entire room. The better news for the fan only proponents is that I felt perfectly comfortable until the temperature got into the 90°F range. Even the Center for Disease Control (CDC) agrees that fans are not a wonderful plan for un-even temperatures over 90°F. The problem with fans is that they speed up your rate of dehydration plus electrolyte imbalance because you lose salts plus minerals through perspiration. The only way to upgrade them is to drink lots of water with natural minerals or drink a interests beverage. My choice of beverage is a naturally carbonated dilute ethyl alcohol beverage called “beer” that made our seconds of “research” resting in front of our box fan much more enjoyable. I may have been saving currency on our energy costs, but the hidden factor of our added beer expenses proved to be much more costly. In our house, our wifey demands that the AC stays on plus that I limit our beer.
