Sometimes I wonder about people.
I know that we are all built differently, but a lot of people that I know don’t have central air conditioning in their homes and I just don’t understand it.
I mean, if you have the opportunity to have central air conditioning installed in your home, I don’t understand why you would not do that. If it’s a money thing, that is one thing. But around here where we live, most of the people I know are pretty well off. Most of the people around here in our neighborhood could definitely afford to have central air conditioning put into their homes if they wanted it. However, shockingly, most of the peoples homes that I have been over to visit or for dinner do not have central air conditioning in their homes! I just don’t understand it. I don’t know if people around here are against it for some reason or what. A proper HVAC unit was one of the most important things on the list for me and my husband when we were moving into a new home several months ago. The house that we bought here on this street might actually be the only one on the street with a really great central air conditioning system in it. It’s so hot here in this part of the country that I just don’t understand how people can live without air conditioning during the summer. It’s a mystery to me. I really like our house and I like this neighborhood, but I certainly wouldn’t be living down here without my air conditioning, that’s for sure.
