In my opinion, you still need air conditioning even if you are trying to save money on other things around the house. Air conditioning is just not something that you can live without around here where we live. The weather around here is ridiculously hot and humid most of the time during the summer, and if you don’t have air conditioning in your house, then you are in for a miserable three months of hot temperatures. I used to try to go without air conditioning during the summer just so that I could save money, but it definitely was not worth it. To me, the amount of money that you save on your cooling bills is nowhere close to the amount of annoyance and discomfort that you experience when you are trying to live without air conditioning. Those two things just do not even out. I would much rather be comfortable during the summer and live in a place that has great indoor air quality than to have all of the money in the world. That’s just me though. There might be other people out there who don’t really care all that much about central air conditioning, but I don’t know any of them. I think that around here where we live, it is even more important to have air conditioning than in other places. Even if you’re trying to save money, I think that you should do it another way. You still need your air conditioning.
