Every heating and cooling corporation that I had ever spoken to tell me the same thing, but have your heating and AC tune-ups done at the right time, but for furnaces, this is in the fall before the frigid winter season comes and for the cooling systems this is in the spring before the sizzling summer weeks! The last thing you want is to be without heat in the winter season or without air conditioning in the summer! No matter how it happens, one thing is for sure and that is that it would be a miserable experience.
I know this from unfortunately having to live through it firsthand.
Hardly any of years ago I was taking way too long to have our gas oil furnace serviced before the winter season came. I just really didn’t have the currency at the time and the whole plan of having the A/C corporation come out to take a look at it just seems like such a hassle. Simply put, I just didn’t want to do it. So I put it off again and again and again, and until it was too late, you can genuinely know what happened next, but all it took was one major frigid winter season storm and our heating plan went out. The result was an emergency A/C maintenance that cost me way more than if I had just had it tuned up like I had planned to! Ever since after that we have been doing fairly well at keeping to a schedule when it comes to having our heating and AC plan tuned up and service. Except for this year, this year I’ve just been occupied with so many other projects that I am running behind and I suppose that I need to hurry and schedule the maintenance if I don’t want to repeat what happened 2 years ago.
