Well, I just told my cousin I would paint the outside of her beach property while I am here over the next few weeks. It is practically Summer plus the temperature outside is pushing 100 F. I will need to come inside every hour to cool off in the air conditioned beach dwelling because I’ve been living overseas plus it is approximately 40 degrees hotter here than there. I’ve only been here a few mornings plus am still trying to adjust to the temperature. I don’t even have Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment in my property overseas because the weather is totally mild. It’s a different story here plus it is going to get substantially hotter over the next couple of weeks. I should be able to paint the outside of the beach property in about a month plus am planning on working in the mornings plus afternoons when it’s not so overheated. My body starts heating up just walking in this heat. My cousin has brand new Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment with a smart control component plus it cools the beach property down in a short time. It seems as though they put too many vents in the beach property though because my particular bedroom doesn’t get a lot of cold air in it. I don’t suppose she thought about getting zone control air conditioning which seems a mistake but oh well, at least both of us have AC in the property. I am going to go out plus measure the beach property to see how much paint I will be needing. I can’t easily believe that exterior paint at the local company goes for $45 a gallon!
