My wife Kate hired a realtor to help us look for a new home.
All of us were living in a very small lake house for too many years, however the two of us were ready to find something of our own.
All of us were paying $1,555 every month for our lake house rent plus both of us knew that the Kate and I could find a lake house for much less than that price. Our lake house was in the middle of the city, however both of us wanted to move far away from the traffic plus noise. My wife’s sibling purchased a lake house last year plus she provided us with the name of her real estate broker. The two of us happily called the real estate broker plus set an appointment. All of us were supposed to meet the real estate broker at a property the two of us needed to view. Monday morning, our wife plus I drove to the property plus arrived a few minutes before 9AM. The real estate broker was supposed to meet us precisely at the top of the hour, although she was legitimately late. At half past 9AM, she finally called me to tell the two of us that she was not going to make it on time. All of us already knew that info, since it was past the time the people I was with and I were set to meet. The real estate broker did not show up to the property until half past 10AM. Thank goodness our wife Kate plus I did not have other plans that afternoon. The lake house was positive and perfect in every way plus the people I was with and I did not have to look at another place to guess this place was meant to be ours.
