It’s nuts that I can go through life & suddenly learn something that it appears almost everyone else knew the whole time.
- I had that happen to me when it came to my HVAC air ducts.
I’m a bachelor & live on my own in a small but nicely kept residence. Now being a bachelor commonly comes with the ridiculous stereotype that men who live alone are complete slobs. That is not how it is with me. In fact, I live alone for the opposite reason. Having roommates over the years always annoyed me because they just weren’t as into being as fresh & organized as I was. I appreciate coming back to a clean, well organized residence where I can relax in the HVAC comfort. And living on my own has made this possible. My residence is pretty much always clean. So it was quite unusual when I started finding these little piles of dark dirt or heavy dust in the middle of the floor. It took me a good amount of time to finally realize that these spots were actually under the HVAC air vents. So I called the HVAC people thinking I had a heating & cooling issue. What I had was a dirty HVAC air duct issue. Yet, this was the very first time I even learned about this type of situation. I didn’t even know that HVAC air ducts were cleaned. My HVAC business set me up with a sister business who did nothing but wipe air ducts. I was truly surprised to see the amount of stuff that came out of those air ducts. But now, I have a residence that is even that much cleaner which makes me quite a bit happier.
