The people I was with and I keep getting roaches as well as ants in the house; The people I was with and I all try our best to keep the lake house clean as well as yet the two of us still see roaches as well as ants from time to time; It has only been a year since I hired an exterminator to come out as well as take care of the pests that started getting bad last year. I provided the same company another call as well as they sent out a business. The business got to work getting rid of the bugs. Then he asked me if the two of us keep the a/c on when the two of us are not home. I told him the two of us don’t, however he said that the two of us need to start keeping the a/c on all of the time. The people I was with and I should keep it set to a comfortable setting as well as not turn it off, apparently dry, cool air is not fine for bugs. They love warm, humid air. Insects can deal with air conditioned air for many minutes a day if they can warm up at other parts of the day. I had no idea. I always thought that turning the a/c off was saving us money. Apparently it is not if the two of us keep having to pay for pest exterminators! From now on, The a/c stays on whenever it is tepid out regardless if the two of us are home or not. It is time to freeze those bugs out, and who knew that a/cs were section of making your home inhospitable to bugs? I absolutely didn’t. Now that I do, I am going to do everything possible to make it uncomfortable for bugs in our house.
