My house is looking good

I have been living in the same apartment I purchased when I was in our mid-thirties! My intention is to retire in that same house, and now that I am twenty years older than I was when I purchased the house, I am starting to know more about making some necessary ADA compliant replaces, to give you an example, there may come a time when I need to use a wheelchair! Even though our apartment is not a public building, and therefore isn’t required to have the same kinds of ADA compliant replaces, there is nothing wrong with having them in a residence; If I do need to use a wheelchair, some ADA compliant replaces that would be helpful would involve getting the chance to get into the bathroom and also maneuver around enough with a wheelchair to be able to use the bathroom, however also, in some public buildings, they simply have wider door frames for wheelchairs. I would end up making that ADA compliant to replace our apartment just in case I need to use a wheelchair. Along with that, I have a few steps that must be ascended and descended at the front door. What is to stop myself and others from drawing from other people’s ADA compliant replaces and putting in some ramps next to the stairs or simply replacing the steps with a ramp? I learned through my younger sibling who made some ADA compliant replacements to his apartment that the most popular change renovators are seeing is people putting ADA compliant toilets in their bathrooms. I know that is a wonderful idea; they are not much different than any other toilet, however they just rest taller up off the floor.
