I became their cooling and heating provider to handle the faults in their air conditioning system
I went for a date in one of the best hotels in the city. I value serene environments with the best air quality. As I was enjoying my date, I heard some noise. Having worked as an air conditioning professional, I knew that could be from the air conditioning system. I talked to the hotel manager about it, and he informed me that they had it checked a month ago. I told him there was a need to do a furnace/heater repair. The manager gave me an appointment to check their system the following morning. I would do my best to have them sign me as their new contractor. The following morning, I showed up ready to work and make their equipment silent and functional. I noticed that their air filter was clogged with dust, thus the poor airflow leading to the sounds produced. The thermostat was not turned to ‘heat’ hence the lack of warmth production from the furnace/heater. I also realized that the air conditioner install was not of the quality standard; that is why there was a frequent mishap in the system. If left like that, the hotel would have to buy a new HVAC due to the wear and tear. I asked the management to sign up for a homeowner solutions cover as it would save them a lot on the HVAC maintenance costs. I became their cooling and heating provider to handle the faults in their air conditioning system. The management informed me that they had an a/c repairman from an unprofessional HVAC company. This is because despite calling the air conditioning business, there was no client follow-up.
