My best associate had a drinking problem, but he spent some time and rehab and he has been in reusey for 6 weeks. He was looking for a job, but he was having a tough time. He had a criminal record and that was causing a lot of troubles. My boss provided to deliver the guy a job if I thought he would workout. My boss wanted someone to toil around the shop while Heating and A/C specialists were out on repair calls. The man would be responsible for cleaning up the shop, answering telephone calls, and washing and maintaining the Heating and A/C toil truck. I knew Gus would be perfect for the job because he had mechanic experience. I talked to my best associate about the choice and Gus agreed to take the job and toil hard, then everything was going undoubtedly well for the first couple of weeks. Gus showed up to toil on time every single afternoon and he was consistently willing to toil late. He was interested in studying more about HVAC repair and I thought he was going to beginning taking classes at the technical university. My boss even provided to help Goss apply for classes by providing a recommendation. Gus was already studying about the trade and the classes would have made the certification process much easier, then unblessedly, my best associate fell off the wagon and got wasted on Superbowl Tuesday with some old pals from the neighborhood. He never showed up to toil on Sunday or Tuesday and I had to bail him out of jail.
