Entering day 13 of the local quarantine and almost everyone is getting a little on edge… Luckily, our family and I haven’t turned on one another yet, we are still directing our madness towards the outside world, after all we are not locked inside by others, however by choice, because it is every person’s civic duty to protect their community by staying inside and practicing social distancing, when we see how several other people are still out there, like everything is normal, it makes all of us a little annoyed! I get how nurses and police officers still need to go to labor while in these times, however the Heating, Ventilation & A/C service guy, or a short order cook, or a bookseller are not essential to society, however or that is what I would have said last night, before waking up to find a dead air conditioner in the hall closet. All of a sudden things are a little weird and I am starting to see why the Heating, Ventilation & A/C service tech legitimately is an essential worker… Now more than ever the temperature control method in a lake home or business is a sort of shield against disease, but please, don’t mistake me as saying that an Heating, Ventilation & A/C method will protect you from the virus, and there is no magic shield against that, however keeping superior indoor air pollen levels will help to keep you in the best possible health, change your air filters correctly, get the air ducts cleaned every many years or so, and don’t hesitate to call an expert for help while in these wild and scary times.
